In order to make sustainable changes in ourselves and our relationships, it’s critical to first understand who we are, where the base of our understanding of love and relationships started, and why we engage in the ways that we do in our relationships.
Attachment Theory gives us a framework and a language to understand our thoughts, feelings and behaviors. It gives us insight into our patterns, our insecurities, our triggers and our unique relationship needs.
In this module, I will give you a blueprint to understand these different aspects of your attachment style in order to cultivate more self-knowing, self-awareness and self-acceptance.
